Three Legged Max

I WON!!!

Mom took me to the Dog Days Festival today and I was in the Pooch Parade.  I won the prize for most creative costume for my TRIPOD costume!  Go me!  I also met another three-legger missing a back foot named, Coco, who was dressed as a Lobster.  Her owner was dressed as a chef.  Hee!  And there was another black three legged dog who was missing the same arm as me, but he wasn't dressed up.  Here I am in line for the parade.

Costume

Tomorrow Mom says I'm going to be in a costume parade at the Dog Days Festival.  I'm going as a "tripod," of course! 

That was before Mom finished the camera.  Here is the finished product.  I'll post pics of me wearing it later.

Here are Mom's pics for the August 12 of 12!

7:31am--Here I am hanging out in the yard in the morning.  Just taking it easy. 

7:33am--Trying to get my muzzle off.  Mom puts it on when I go out in the morning so I don't wake the neighbors. . . we've had notes taped to our door in the past. 

7:44am--Mom's breakfast.  Mmm.  The Carnation Instant type. 

10:57am--Some random heads at Mom's work.  These are what some baby helmets were made on.  Aww, all the babies will have round heads now!

12:41pm--Mom's having lunch with Jeff and Amanda in Bourbonnais.  They actually posed!

2:20pm--Mom drew this picture at work the other day.  Someone else added the words. 

7:33pm-I'm just laying in Mom's bed, getting all comfy.  She doesn't mind.

8:09pm--Who doesn't need another picture of my tail?  It's so curly!

8:27pm--Mom isn't feeling that great, so she's checking her temperature :(

So, Mom tells me that I'm going to be in a poster at the prosthetics school.  She had to take a few high res pictures of me for it, so here are a few of them for you to see!
